With the passage of Texas House Bill 15, titled "The Woman's Right
to Know," came the developement of an information booklet that must
be disributed to every woman 24 hours prior to her receiving an abortion.

Miracle You Ministries founder and director, Suzanne Besser was thankful
for the opportunity to submit expert testimony from the research reviews
she's done through the years on the "Characteristics of the Unborn Child."
The process involved numerous hearings at the Texas Capital and long
hours of deliberations about what would be included and excluded
from the brochure. Suzanne was very pleased to see two of her
recommendation in print there.

The first appears at the "12 Weeks Gestation" section: "The fibers that
carry pain to the brain are developed." They added "However, it is
unknown if the unborn child is able to experience sensations such as pain."
The second appears at the "20 Weeks Gestation" section: "Some experts
have concluded that the unborn child is probably able to feel pain." This
is a startling confession in the face of the 20,490 reported abortions after
21 weeks gestation in 2001. . (Allan Guttmacher Institute, 2001).
